It's the first time I've heard a signature design service described as a signature artist. In general, there are many good people you can find in the services section, but you need a campaign manager, especially if you want to run a long-term campaign.

You're a little faster than me because I also wanted to recommend Jayce to the OP. I think the OP can also reach them via telegram instead of PM to the forum profile as usually they use telegram more often than forum to discuss their service issues with potential customers. Regarding the different prices it really depends on the quality of their work. So I think you might need to compare some of their work if you want to get good results for a satisfactory signature display.

There are many designers here that offer signature and avatar design you can mostly find them in the services section.
