It would be best if you could come up with an original design for your own designing services but if you prefer to base it on someone else's design, you have to ask for their permission first.
I don't mean using anyone graphics, but just how they made their announceement topic used for inspiration only.
As far as I am concerned, you can always create your own announcement thread and use other people's format only as an inspiration. However, take note that you must add your own flavors into your designs to fit what service you are trying to offer in the community. Just do not copy other people's design and use it only as a reference to create your own.

Exactly my point. I've created a commissioned drawing announcement before in this community and I used other people's design as a reference to at least have an idea of what flow of information I am going to include in my announcement thread. More importantly, if you are going to create a set of images or GIFS as an announcement, you need to take note of the dimensions of your images to fit the forum's width and height. Otherwise, it would be too small or distorted when the announcement thread has been published.
Lastly, you need to be at least a Jr.Member rank to be able to post images or just buy a
copper membership.
