We are currently trying to reduce the amount of spam on the forum and hiring a "new" to managing manager would probably not help that.
How can you be so sure ? I know you're promoting yourself but that doesn't mean you're the best "self-proclaimed" campaign manager out here.Many members (including me) can be equally good or say better at the job,its just that we aren't interested in doing that.So far myself and lutpin are the only 2 qualified users whom have applied. Again i mean no offense to anyone who has applied, theres just alot more to managing a campaign then you all see. Its not just hire ppl and pay them.
It is no rocket science,fiddling with spread sheets and checking for good posts doesn't need a damn degree to do so.Lutpin has defined a set of rules which is very unique and even if the member wants to,he can't spam once accepted in his campaign.That is something else and hence Lutpin is one of the best campaign managers out here.But that's not the only reason,he is well aware of the alts and is good at finding them so that makes him very suitable for the job.They way you've put it makes it seem like "you're the best and only you can do this ,no one else can replace you".I've sent a PM with my CVV, hope to be hired.
