This doesn't include the best translator for Russian deisik. As far as I know, he is very experienced translator for Russian and quite a lot of portfolio. I would suggest him or Royse777 for Russian translation.

As mentioned above, if the budget dedicated for translation is not escrowed, then don't expect much interest. It would also be fine if you can tell more about the subject of translation and the rate.Better to move this topic to "services" sub-board. It will get much more attention from professionals.
