OP since you are newbie you just can do 5 PM each hours, so it will be good if you use skype or through email to reply/PM all participant that you want

but if you dont want to save the private keys you can sweep the balance there, and if you do that you can received the bitcoin in 1 minute or less
and after that i think you can delete the data by click in the website itself
The thing is, why would I sweep? If I have a bunch of addresses with 0.002 in them, sweeping will cost so much. It won't take 1 minute to confirm, too. More like 10-30 minutes, or even more, based on the fee.
