I miss preev.com. I hope someone revives it one day. This used to be exactly what you were looking for OP.
Preev doesn't have a historical record of past prices. You can't use Preev to check what BTC was trading at 2 months ago at a particular date and during a specific 1 min. interval.
After re-reading the OP I see that he is talking more about candlestick/time periods rather than real-time viewing. My apologies. I am glad to have discovered that preev is alive again at least.

Tradingview and Cryptowatch.ch are your friend if you want to track the live price of Bitcoin per minute/seconds.
Are you sure that Cryptowatch shows candles for seconds? Maybe you need to be registered or something. I am looking at it now and the best I can do is 1 minute intervals, but I can't get it to display price changes in seconds. Tradingview can display the changes in seconds but only if you have a premium account.

Binance allow to set the time interval even to 1 second, but if you want to know the exact price on a certain second, take note that it may vary from exchange to exchange.
I didn't know Binance allowed that. It seems awfully slow though. I just tried it out now to see if it works. I set a time interval to 1 sec and choose a random date range of 15 minutes in December 2022. It's been loading now for a few minutes but it won't display the chart I want to see.

Wow! Just as I had given up hope. I know it does not matter too much since no sensitive data is being transmitted, though they should really fix https/ssl. I am only able to access http as of current.

Yes, preev.com is back. I think that the problem is only with the SSL certificate, which is not an excessive drawback considering that the site is exclusively informative.
At the time when it was unavailable, some alternatives appeared like pnnv.com or even preev.net owned by me. I hope next year with new development and improved functionality
I wasn't aware of the alternatives. I settled for indexes once I noticed it was down. Noted that there are alternatives now. Thank you, I'll bookmark preev.net as well! Good work  Smiley

But it's not gone... It went back online for a few weeks already (and it's working right now). Cheesy

Is there a website that shows you daily btc prices by minute/seconds?
If the required time frames are for trading purposes nothing beats tradingview AFAIK, but the only setback about tradingview is that for you to access such time frames( 30secs, 15sec 1sec etc) you need to be a premium user that's the only downside and picking the right broker for corresponding data feed with what you are familiar to. But if you prefer not paying a dime, your best bet could be using exchange charts.

All the sites just show the price by minute but I actually need it even more accurate, seconds.

Somebody I know made bets on the price in 15 second intervals and feels he got cheated. So now we are trying to reconstruct the evidence with the actual exact seconds prices.

Anyway, thanks for the provided links!

Websites that offers price predictions typically use an oracle like Chainlink to provide price data. It’s important to determine what’s the oracle they are using as reference for there price since each site use different price oracle for there prediction game. As some user already point out, there’s no exact or defined price of Bitcoin so prediction website use specific oracle for price reference so using other tools for price history is useless if the services that you are using doesn’t use it.

It’s better to inquire what’s the source for the price so that you can narrow what specific tool you can use to determine the price feed on the time frame that you want.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
Binance allow to set the time interval even to 1 second, but if you want to know the exact price on a certain second, take note that it may vary from exchange to exchange. So, you should know which exchange or price tracking website was used as the reference.
He should use one of the well known exchanges, it is true that the price on the exchanges can be different, but the candle stick patterns are almost similar in a way you will be able to see if the 15 minutes market candle stick on the exchanges closes with green (more buy) or red (more sell). I use many exchanges and I use their candles stick with them to know about this from experience. Just like I have said before, he can use more than one exchanges for it to confirm, they will slightly have different prices but the candle stick pattern would be almost the same or very similar.

As already said, the price may differ from exchange to exchange, there's no global bitcoin price.

If you want historic prices, Kraken offers them, just it's not straightforward to use them - for example the date-time seems to be in Unix format, not in human readable one, plus Q4 2022 is not available yet, however, maybe this helps too. It's basically all the transactions and their timestamp. More accurate than you need. But, again, that's only one exchange.

I guess that it's the XBT pairs you'll need, in case you go on this path.

If the time of the bet or binary option is not to long ago, it would not be frustrating too make use of an exchange for that, just use a good exchange candle stick for it which can be set to 1, 2, 5 or 15 minutes. Set it to 15 minutes and use the time to check what you want to check. If you use like 5 exchanges for it, they should have the same or similar results pointing to the same up or down direction.

If you have the technical knowledge, maybe you can use CoinCap API:

Code:
https://api.coincap.io/v2/rates/bitcoin

Since they provide real-time data, you can make requests every two minutes, and calculate the price movement based on the results.

Is there a website that shows you daily btc prices by minute/seconds?

I am interested in the price movement in a specific 2min time frame but all the websites I found are not accurate enough for that.

Hope somebody can help.

Thanks in advance and happy holidays!

I want to know what specific usage you will use it so that we can suggest what’s best on your needs because your thread seems just asking for a website that displays live price chart.

hmph..
So far I have only used Tradingview.com, you can choose the BTC price from any exchange according to your preference. I don't know what you mean about inaccuracy, but as any graph mostly uses an API, it's normal that we can see a delay of a few seconds. However, Tradingview doesn't support 2 min TF, only available for 1, 3, 5 min TF and longer. For premium user you can choose from 1-30 seconds.

have you used tradingview before?
