Is this service a bumping of ANNs? If so, don't bother. There have been changes implemented by forum admin to prevent newbies and other low rank accounts such as yours from abusing the announcement board.
A message to all start ups, don't waste your money paying for these "bump" services.
Maybe I can say you are in the wrong forum since DT member's don't accept thread bumpers, these service has been used by scammers to look there thread more alive and looks like they have supporters so much better for you to stay away here since your service will not work in this forum since there are DT members who put a red trust for the user who do the type of job.
These posts are most likely spammier than whatever he's offering...it's so blatantly obvious that this guy is offering posting on people's own forums. He literally
explicitly writes in his post that he will make "your forum" seem active and that he has experience with SEO. What kind of ANN thread shitposting service offers search engine optimization??

Obviously he's offering to boost your "own" forum not a certain announcement thread within the forum.
Then he should put up an announcement to the forums he thinks need boosting. Does Bitcointalk look like a forum that needs boosting with fake conversations from farmed accounts?
You've failed to read the thread too, you've completely ignored noobfromPH's point and again assumed that he's offering his service to be done on
this forum. You have to advertise your services somewhere, instead you're suggesting he cold calls on dead forums.
