Surprisingly this casino ANN thread is still active but doesn’t go on the top because the OP doesn’t have enough bumping power while no other user discussed on the thread that makes it almost dead. I saw this casino long time ago when they are still promoting here but it’s very hard to become updated on it if the ANN thread is not visible.

and the advertising strategy actually works well in most cases because you normally would want to check the site out to know what's up with it. That he even gave out his promo code makes it too obvious that he's just trying to play smart about the review he gave about the StarBets thing when its possible he's somehow affiliated to them. I want to know did you everly read their ToS? the reason asked this is that most people are being carried away by the bonuses they gain from gambling/casino site without reading to know more things about the casino which at the later end results in ascussing for restricting them from make withdrawal..
