Companies are willing to pay for referrals because they know getting a new client is more difficult than to keep an already existing one, so once a client has chosen them then it is way easier to retain them by using all kind of offers and bonuses.

I tried this line of work many years ago for a time and it is very hard, and my guess is that it has gotten even harder since then, so I give my respects to the OP if they really can make money with referrals.

I don't think you need advice really, you already have experience, after all, that's all the advice you're ever going to need. The rest would probably just to spread your connections wider or be able to reach out to a wider audience, the usual stuff you'd do to invite more and more people. You can even try referring to other people who are in the same environment as you and see what they do as reference. As for casinos, The only one I'm familiar with that has affiliates are Stake, some of the casinos I play probably have one but I don't really look it up so I'm rather unsure.

I am interested because this is an issue that brings money and if it is with the casinos you can do a lot of great things, but I see that the main thing here in a casino is good marketing and with that they have plenty to allocate funds, with the Marketing Isn't there anyone who is already involved in those plans? Is it only stake that has the option? Is there no way that there could be something easier? those who do affiliate marketing have to have their own page and if they are not monetizing it with ads it would be a waste of time and money, but it is fine if it is dedicated only to affiliate sales or business.
