Why you don't like casinos that combine multiple games? You are looking for something that almost impossible to exist. Casino itself refers to a place where you can find many different gambling games. Most casino has a feature to filter the games based on its type, you can use this filter so what you see will be slot games only.

Personally I don’t prefer playing slot games only, for that reason I don’t know sites where only slot games are available.
But OP you can check out Stake.com , along with original games and sportsbook, they have a wide variety of slot games present in their site.
Moreover Stake is famous for it’s reputation and sincerity towards their customers, so playing there won’t be any issue.
As I don’t play Slots a lot, but therefore I don’t have proper know in particular sites where you can find different slot games with a trusted provider.
