I recommend anyone dealing with this user should be very mindful otherwise they should get a reputable escrow provider from btt here if they both dealer are from here to more safer.
Mindful or not, it's a standard procedure to get an escrow involved while transacting with anyone online. Don't do blind trust even if the user is a legendary ranked fellow. Always play safe, except where the said user is someone you're used to outside this forum or who has proven track record here. Don't just trust, verify first.

This is a major concern about dealing with newbies because you don't know how genuine the person is and his intentions towards those he wanna deals with so therefore I recommend anyone dealing with this user should be very mindful otherwise they should get a reputable escrow provider from btt here if they both dealer are from here to more safer.

I have suggested using Localbitcoins escrow service, how much safer as you suggesting I be?

I'm also looking for regular BTC sellers.
- no KYC
- pament with Revolut or SEPA

I would pay Marketprice +6% for freshly mined BTC.
For BTC, which come from a regulated entity I would pay +2%.
For BTC, which come from a samurai wallet coin join I would pay -5%.

Bitcion from a dark market place or a hack will get no bid from me.

I have offered my WhatsApp to you on your other post and here, please drop me a message Smiley

To OP no matter how much reputation you have in LbC here your trust level is completely zero so you have to opt for trusted escrows from bitcointalk if you're really intended to actual trade.
Exactly my thought. If OP is dealing with someone on localbitcoin, they should get their escrow there and if dealing with someone on BTT; they should get their escrow here. No two ways about that. Trust isn't transferable from one platform to the other. Another issue – OP is a fresh newbie account registered less than a week ago with only five posts. It doesn't speak well when it comes to financial dealings.
All the trades on LBC comes with automated escrows and 1% trading fee so there is no need to worry about escrow there cause chances of holding without a valid reason can be simply broken by the proof of payment made. But we need to be careful while choosing the person who we wre trading with most people ask KYC these days and no third party transfers, and more restriction to avoid money laundering.

An escrow coming from your side is not bad but for the matter of fact that you don't escrow from bitcointalk here, coupled with your account that is not known or positive feedback even being recognized could be at a higher risk.
why not deal directly with Bestchange for comfortability and reliability, no need in search of escrow from both sides bestchange gives you all the best.

Hi, I'm new to this forum but have been trading bitcoin on Localbitcoins for 8 or so years.

I am looking to find regular Bitcoin sellers to purchase from using UK bank transfer. I have a registered business in IOM and do not need to do any KYC checks on sellers (or purchasers for that matter!)

Happy to do it on LBC but I can offer a better rate offline - as the business I'd ask you to go first... (maybe its better we stick to LBC for now and use their Escrow service!!!)

You can contact me on WhatsApp +44 7494 032839 to discuss.

Many thanks, Ryan.

This may section may not be the appropriate place to post this thread unless you offer the deal price.

To OP no matter how much reputation you have in LbC here your trust level is completely zero so you have to opt for trusted escrows from bitcointalk if you're really intended to actual trade.

Warning: for others, myself a trader on LBC with very good volume will never appreciate such kind of practice because of the source of funds issues can really get us into big trouble and expressing this based on my personal experience.

Understood, thank you for your feedback!

I am looking at buying very close, or even below market value. No more than +/- 1%. Escrow service paid for my the seller at this price. No escrow fee if they go first. (I am happy to KYC to them in they so wish)

Make sense but you can't convince someone to go first since you don't have enough trading reputation to consider as trusted members so the choice is escrow so there is fee which depends on the trade value and with minimum amount which is likely higher than 1% trading fee of LBC. So even if you calculate you are going to buy higher than market value at the end of the trade.

If you're concerned about the KYC requirements on LBC which requires sensitive personal data for tier 3 members because it has huge annual trading volume but you're ready to do KYC here then why not on KYC.

Anyway good luck finding the partner. Cheesy
