I agree with TrumpD you should open your own thread and leave more information on your own thread.
Honestly I like the idea of your site but I suggest that you should cut the fee it is way to high since you have nothing to lose you are just hosting it acting as an escrow on each gambler.
The lottery with 2 bets have 20% fee which is so high and it gets higher each time you add up another one slot .
And because of the huge fee I don't think you would really attract gamblers to your site unless you would do something with the huge fee.

If you want to remove the trust from the equation then you can definitely go with the dapps that are gambling and decentralized which would make you not need to trust any website at all, since its decentralized you don't need to trust them since they are not operating or controlling the casino at all.

Moreover, if you want someone to hold the casino and want to trust them because then you will get to see years of experience then you can definitely go with places like stake because those guys are not decentralized but trusted more than the decentralized places combined. There are few more now than back in the day, unfortunately there was a lot of scamming websites as well but they were not long lived of course but we paid the price of seeing which one is trusted and which one is not, same happened everywhere including cloud mining and exchanges as well.

However, with time we can see that there are plenty of websites that survived that phase and now we have a lot of good websites out there which we can play and trust because they have been around for a long time and didn't scammed anyone for years. Don't get me wrong just because a place is 5+ years old and never scammed anyone doesn't mean they will never do that but at least compared to others they are looking much better on paper and that is why we play in those few places to begin with.

I wish there was a really trustworthy ranking system, I mean via blockchain maybe which would help you get more trust on the rating as well. Now, if you open a website and rank websites I am sure someone will get their own website to top with some cheats and bots and all that whereas the real places will not get it.

Maybe people should instead build some sort of blockchain voting system (which would be great for elections in countries as well if it could be done properly) and that is how you will have ratings and voting but not any bad botting or something that will take you up, an honest rating for all crypto casinos. Than we could stop with "which one is better" questions because we would keep it updated and basically have voting every 3 months to see who is the current leader (some get more love, some scam others etc etc).
