Promotion won't help until & unless you have a proper quality content or UI that is appreciable . You have listed only one country & it is Germany . This will go peer to peer & that too a face-2-face transaction . People will not like to travel quite often . You have to work on design before you promote .

He is not looking for this types of promotion. I have had talked with him. He is looking for direct promotion over other forums, reddits and social media. Just some advice, the idea is good but you will need to invest more into your site first. There are many competitors for local trading of crypto, for example localmonero.co, local bitcoins and so on. No point advertising your site if users will not be interested. You need to have a USP that sets you apart from your competitors, as well as a more attractive web design. You can market now, but I feel it will not be a good use of resources; instead spend on employing developers to improve your project.
