still looking for people

and still paying in tokens I assume? I hope you learn the lesson that if you are serious about gathering a team and not able to attract one for 2 - 3 months straight, maybe your approach is wrong. People's time has value, and at this point that is more than what your supposed token has.

Thanks for your concern but we already have a great team together if you bother to check the white paper or even the one pager .It would be good however to supplement with some more people from the forum who might have a experience or skill we our lacking such as translators content creators etc .So just because it not your cup  of tea does not mean it would not interest someone else  .

Of course they are. I think it is so strange that projects want to do IEOs and they are looking for random people from THIS forum. A proper project just does its own work, publishes it open source and who knows,,, maybe a developer or two comes along for the ride and community picks up because they enjoy the work and the app.

Anyway, let them learn the hard way.

How much did you raise in your pre-ICO?
Zero PRE-ICO was bang smack right in the middle of the crypto crash. Also, I taught retails investors were still in the market.Well there long gone and not coming back for a long while. We more focusing on VC and big investments funds now.To be honest, only posting on bitcointalk to keep my ICObench rating up not to attract investors from here anymore. To sum up they all got wrecked .

Check out this section to post your ad for project recruitment. There you will be find the people for token payment, mostly here on forum preferably to get the bitcoins or ethereum only.
If you wish quality of work you need to pay for it. So think well and decide it. Meanwhile check the board you can find the people below link.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 - Services section

I was in that topic but people suggested I move here. Also, the works people be doing is mostly small odd jobs.

A project that cannot even afford to pay its own team is almost certainly going to fail in this extremely competitive market.

Agree to this one. I can see here another wannabe "team" trying to raise money for their pockets not wanting to spend some of their personal money. I've seen lots of ICOs like this after the sales they will just run without further development and only the tokens will come out of their pocket without real value.

We have an MVP and the projected profit numbers look extremely tasty so it actually worth it to us not to take the money and run but thanks for your comment anyway.

We must be tolerant, with the same approach/proposal in November 2017, the OP would have been buried under the proposals and everyone would have found it normal...
But today the rules of the game have changed

...We have no competition everything else is so bad i would not even take their tokens for free not to mind invest in it.All the top advisors what to work with us but i am pretty cheap ...

There are thousands of ICO's out there and trust me this line, we've heard it a thousand times already.
The fact is, you have a "my cock is the best" syndrome, where you agree that ICO's are shit but somehow your cock's been given the magical feed that makes it better than everyone else's. Listen, if you cant pay for the time of someone else, don't bother looking around for people.

Seriously, I could have an ICO for poop churning machine and claim that there is no other competition. Lol MAYBE you don't have competition because no one else thought what you have is worth the effort.

But Hey! I could be wrong! What do I know? I've only ever been screwed by just 2 - 3 wannabe ICOs. Surely that doesn't make me the expert.

We all got burned by ICOs me included that why generally I wouldn't touch 95% of the turds that are out there now with a 10-foot pool.Ps and yes my cock is the best around at the moment.

I don't have a real opinion on the project yet (I'm going to DMOR) but I'm not sure about this approach....
- There is already a fairly large team according to the ICOBench sheet...why do you need other people?
- With this method you take a lot of risks (fake profiles in particular) and most often, this type of operation ends up in the "scam accusation" section of the forum...

Just to be sure... a team is formed BEFORE starting a project, no ?

Actually, our team is pretty small for a project this big. If you read the reviews everybody likes the platform/vision they just don't like that we have such a small team. I what everybody to "pay their dues" as it were and even when we have lots of money.I wouldn't be paying people for a month or 2 anyway to see what they're made of.

thanks, i assume the mods will do it automatically?
I suggest not to wait for the mods. Instead you can do it yourself very easily. You should be knowing how to move a topic. It's on your bottom left corner.

Cheers :-)

This service board under Economy is for only Bitcoin paying offers. For this reason iwantapony asked you to move the topic to another board. I hope this clear out your doubt if you had any. Good luck by the way.

Cheers :-)
