Why don't you put it in this thread: (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0). I think you can attract better translators in the Services section because usually its the thread that almost everyone here, specially looking for jobs go. And I'm pretty sure that you will have a lot of professional applicants that you can chose from. Goodluck.
