IMHO paid followers are worth nothing. If you want to build up a trusted twitter account, you should follow the big names in crypto and post interesting crypto news regularly.

In my experience, I did good to slowly build up content and then followed some big names in crypto. The followers will come automatically. And don't forget to follow them back!
