When the bear market has been going on for a long time, and many people experience burnout. Then why do you want to look for projects that value undervalued and lack funds?  Huh But you can already choose some coins that have been mentioned by friends above.

In order to find undervalued crypto tokens that can grow in a short time, in my opinion, you should study the Biggest Gainers and Losers at CoinMarketCap. In this section, you can find both successful tokens and badly devalued. If the coin has decreased by 50% - 60%, it is likely that then this token will increase greatly.

I think that investing in little-known tokens is quite dangerous.
I highlight Specter and Dynamic Trading Rights (DTR) for myself

Tokens do not have large daily trading volumes, but have prospects

I would never invest my whole money in the top 15 crypto currencies. Check the top 15 list every year and you will see that every year top 15 changes. Those that were in the top 15 will probably not be there anymore in the next bull.

Have a look on top ICOs which has fallen below token sale price. 0.3-0.7x is my choice.
Now i am waiting for fantom to add in my portfolio.

Look for tokens have really use area and products with really good projects. They will make you earn good when the market become better.
But if you choose like netflix service for bankless people, even market become better they won't be.

NEO, SiaCoin, Stratis, Vechain, Ontology, Cardano, ZRX, Zcash, Monero, Dash, and Litecoin are my choices for undervalued altcoins nowadays. You can visit their website to check why I pick them and why are they profitable to hold in long term. If you are planning to invest in cryptocurrency and willing to spend thousand of dollars, you better buy a hard wallet first before considering to buy and hold cryptocurrencies. It is nice to be over protective with your funds than feel sorry for later when unexpected hack to that exchange you choose to trade in happens.

The bear market has been going on for a long time. I noticed that many projects have almost no money. They don't have the money to go to a better exchange, and even the most basic marketing work is impossible because there is no capital.

Now I like to look for projects where the value is undervalued and lack of funds. Can you recommend some with a short description?

I don't understand what you're looking for, but if you want to buy cheap altcoins. almost 99% of altcoins dropped by more than 90%
so this is a lot of choices, especially in altcoins that have just been released from ico.
but the wisest choice if you want to buy on the top 10 altcoins

There are so many new juniors on the block on some of the exchanges, which gives you the chance to pick from a lot of them. However, considering that there are so many of them, you just have to do some due diligence. A lot of altcoins are already over sold, but I would not say some of them are undervalued, since they really do not have any value anyway since they have no product.

However, for some with products that just recently hit the market, and they are trading far below their ICO price, I will consider those ones as the basic undervalue ones to be picking on. I cannot actually tell you the ones you should be picking as they are many, so just do your own research.

What do you mean a new coin or a coin that is already on coinmarketcap ? for that already exist in the cmc, I recommend you choose altcoin with good rank even if the price fell down of the course to return to high prices will not need so long time to get back in when the market had improved and to ICO project still running I suggest you to choose Everlife (EVER)  based on stellar blockchain. The project is so different with other.

EverLife helps you create an immutable Avatar of yourself. Your Avatar can connect, collaborate and evolve with millions of other Avatars on the network while preserving your Legacy. Avatars do tasks based on the skills they acquire and earn in EVER tokens for the work they do.

I hope this can help you.

Now it is very difficult to find a project in which you will be sure for sure. Investments are now very risky, especially investments in high-risk assets.

If you get your desired project and the plan perfectly works out, you will get a huge profit. But a big risk is involved as the market is bearish and the plan will be tough to execute.

It's interestingly a bold move, specially when you consider the bearish market. Although if successfully done, the reward is immense but the risk is too high and you might come across with scams as well. Anyway, you can go through coinbase website for detailed info regarding as such.

Very risky move specially in the bear market situation but the reward is very high. Well you can look up new projects which are not that hyped like CS and UTNP. These are undervlaued projects and if they can make it the rewards will be high.

NEO, SIACOIN and PARTICL might be some of the coin you are looking for. They are low value, high risk coins but if the scenarios turn out to be positive then you are in for a treat.

look on to Pchain (PAI). I think it is the most undervalued technically very strong project which can give you a good ROI, also take a look on DAOstack (GEN) i like it too and it also can be a good investment if the market recovers.

And most of those projects doesn't really have a budget to promote themselves. Look on how many bounty projects are going to pay after the success of the ICO.

Most of them do that, it's free marketing on their part and if they fail, rinse and repeat the cycle.
