From my point of view we should be paying more to citizens from other world's than 1st as they got poorer economies and earn less as compared to so called 1st world citizens

Doesn't matter where you're from in my opinion, but most advertisers choose tier one countries for higher payment. Anyway, the offer you probably won't find many tier one but maybe if you allowed tier 2-3 countries to do this via VPN you'd get more takers. Good luck to you & anyone who takes the job.
