Do you try to request on the support of Rollbit since they surely have copy of their previous ToS.
I remember a website that does this archive aside from what you mention but I already forgot it. I think I saw this tool being used on scam accusation board by investigator of issue related to the casino.

They [I guess] randomly redirect you to the mirror sites they have. So far, as far as I can remember, I have .is, .to, .md, .ph, .it. Nonetheless, the result would be as what loyce provided above,
I do have my "archive" of ToS in my gallery, as I made new screenshots of casinos ToS everytime a case require me to point out their ToS instead of recycling the old ToS I provided on older case. But that won't work as it's just a snippet of the exact clause [and one or two that's right above and below it] I'd like to point out and I have a feeling OP wanted the whole ToS here.
And my "archive" did not work that far.
Back in 2021 I would be still busy with scambusting ICO projects and not focusing myself on cases and disputes between players and casinos. I don't think I have any snippet of any casino's ToS from 2021, even on my older device.
I guess... we can ask Rollbit to provide a copy of that, I think it's very likely they have it archived in their internal system. And I guess I can ask whether they'll be kind enough to provide it for us, but I don't think I would go with that hassle for someone that
do not want to waste too much time explaining why.
So, I'm afraid OP ought to try to request Rollbit themselves.
