There are many options available to you when it comes to PC but there shall be a more restrict rules and regulations if you desire to rent someone's pc compare to getting a vps of your choice.

Your budget is also very low though you said you need it for youtube backup what of if you turns out to use the pc for illegal activities.

In my country the cost of PC Rental is 50$ per month for I3 desktop machine and that too without paying any electricity cost and maintenance is free, i just have to give them the pc in their place and collect rent for it per month. so your offer is very very low.

My signature campaign doesn't require a large amount of posts so your point is obsolete.
I simply pointed out that your offer will create a loss and isn't worth it and told you what a reasonable price would be. I guess you don't like the truth being in the way of your schemes?

Electricity cost is higher than $10. If you want somebody to have a profit of $10, you'll have to pay $30-50 per month, which is probably not worth it to you. If it is, I have a PC that I could run 24/7 on a stable line.

Why not rent a VPS somewhere? It'll end up being a lot safer and probably cheaper too.
