I'm not sure if you guys are aware of CIYAM Open (http://ciyam.org/open/) but you are free to use it for your task management if you like (http://ciyam.org/open/?cmd=view&data=20131001033213505000_P&ident=M100V112&chksum=29ee23ae explains the process).

There would be no charge for the usage of the application (and it is free to join up of course).

Once you have decided upon a name if the OP is interested then PM me and I can create a project for you (after that you manage it yourself and I'll be happy to provide a bit of training and support free of charge as well).

The way you'd best structure it is as a Project that has the name of your "group" and then use a Project Area for each specific application (which then contains Project Tasks).

To give you an idea about how this can be used: http://ciyam.org/open/?cmd=view&data=20121221072815393000&ident=M100V137&chksum=45c95736

I will take a look at it in a bit.

Cool! I contributed to ArgoUML for a few years. Would be nice to document the project properly.

If there are planning a serious project with many options, it is necessary to write  all project documentations and plans. Especially when more people working on it

Yep we have made a github, once we get the team going then we can decide on a project.
We will vote on which project to do first or if we get enough people have multiple projects going at once.
In the op i have made us a group on allcryptotalk since it has its own custom sub forum we can write an get all this sorted an can even have polls.

Trying to find skilled people instead of people who say they can do something, an just leave us hanging or hand over very insecure code.
I have been looking for higher level coders so we can have a review board of members who will say something can be pushed as an update or not.
Since we are dealing in crypto currency community things have to be secure or we lose credit with the community.
