Don't be so hard on ISIS. It's just a small government, craving to establish control of the people in a random area. They will soon learn that to maximise their cut of the prosperity of the people, the people need to have a minimum of stability. When they have total mind control, minimum violence need be expended. Its not always the case .I am sure those mixing sites store transaction data somewhere, and if something serious happens, then they can probably be made to give up the information to the governemnt.
