If you have a sedentary lifestyle and are overweight, you are at a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and other health problems. And, if you already have a medical condition such as high cholesterol, being overweight puts you at higher risk for complications. Hypnosis can help with these.

Excess weight is a big problem. What's more, most people who are overweight tend to avoid exercise, and that avoidance just adds to the toll paid for extra pounds.

This is just my thoughts I think its possible, If you hypnotize a person and you order/command
him/her to only eat this kind of foods and portion control. It's more like being brainwashed?

Some studies have observed the use of hypnosis to lose weight. A study conducted on 109 people who underwent procedures to lose weight, either with or without hypnosis. After two years, a group of hypnosis participants continued to lose weight. Meanwhile, the control group (which was not hypnotized) only showed a slight change in body beran.

Analysis of several studies found that adding hypnosis to weight loss procedures resulted in nearly double the amount of weight loss. However, other studies show hypnosis only affects a little of weight loss. The average weight loss is around 2.7 kilograms for 18 months.

Most of the research that has been done, shows the benefits of hypnosis for weight loss carried out along with other weight loss programs. There are still very few studies that prove the efficacy of losing weight if only with hypnosis.

Therefore, to get the desired results, hypnosis must still be accompanied by a healthy diet program and lifestyle changes. The reason is, hypnosis therapy of course cannot immediately burn excess calories and fat in your body. You have to do it yourself, namely with regular exercise and maintaining a balanced diet.

The quality of some studies that are less effective, makes hypnosis still doubtful to lose weight. Further research is needed to ensure the benefits of hypnosis to lose weight. Also, other evidence is needed that losing weight can work well by only hypnosis.

You can't hypnotize away lard. Doesn't work that way. Hypnosis therapy, however, might provide you with tools that motivate you to eat less and exercise more.

You can lose weight when you stop eating fatty and unprofitable foods. Try to eat within a day the norm of protein, fat and carbohydrates. And physical exercises are needed. Healthy nutrition + sport = Kiss
