You have just invested without any clear research.You must have made your own research to find the most under valued coin to get more benefits.You have sold your coins in panic.You should neither panic and sell nor you should buy due to FOMO.Better invest in older coins to minimize your risks.That's right its better to invest in those coins that are existing since long time and have good volume as this coins will surely give you good returns if you wait for a right time but if you invest in shit coins then you can never expect good returns from it and you will likely loose your money in it.

If you don't have patience you should really stop trading even from the start. Trading aren't for a person who doesn't have a patience because patience plays an important role in trading. It is one of the key to become succesful on this way.

Better to stop trading if you keep losing. If we choose to keep trading and keep losing, as much as any of your money in an instant will be exhausted.
just purchase low and offer high. In the event that you got it low and it goes bring down then hold until it's high. Crypto is extremely unpredictable so don't give your feelings a chance to control you. Pick and purchase coins in the wake of doing no less than an entire day of research on it and really trust the coin will work. This is the manner by which I exchange till now it's been working out extremely well for me
Imo, trading is like playing Texas Holdem (Poker). If you can't find the fish on the table, then you are the fish swimming in a pool full of sharks. 95%+ traders lose money. As a beginner..sure you can get lucky, but the longer you stick around, the more chances those sharks will eventually gobble you whole. Everyone starts somewhere, but just know what you're up against.

Because I do see many people are sharing about their continuous losses with trading even they are good with learning from their mistakes like why that losses had happened and what are the root cause for that losses. Still, they are sharing they are unable to tackle like how to avoid losses. If you come with some practical guidelines it will be good for many people including myself.
