This thread was created in April and I am curious what Op have been doing since that day.
The most common practice of gamblers is to commit the same mistake more than couple of times.
So I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Op lost much more trying to recover from that 1.5 BTC loss.

How much is 1500 mbtc? Is it 1.5 BTC? Sorry for your loss but you should never play at that site. It's almost guaranteed you lose all your money when you play there. If you have addiction you have to seek for professional help. And don't forget, NEVER gamble to compensate your previous losses!

Yeah I hate it when people put mBTC or nBTC because most people aren't accustomed to exactly how much that is. But its only 1.5BTC so its a little over $600, not like the $5000-$20000 loses we have been seeing lately on this forum.
600$ would give me a new computer, so i would say its a fairly big lose.

I'm not surprised at all, dice sites, that's why i never gambling on dice sites anymore. Because the last time i bet on dice, i lost around 2.5 bitcoins. Sportsbook is the best for gambling.

what win change % are you use? 80%?

Although you're play with high chance of winning doesn't mean you can win all the time ( my friend bet 0.06 with 95% chance winning and got busted on 1 clicked )
Sport betting is the best choice if you want to test out your luck with huge amount of bet since mostly depend on player's skill ( no house edge )

Absolutely, there is no safe way to earn money in gambling. In fact, this is the hard way to earn money for both gambling site and punters, if you want to earn huge money you have to risk big. Luck can be considered sometimes to win but consistency is always the main key. I agree with sports betting is the best way of gambling type to win.

Hey Op, I recommend you to spend your time doing other activities like, going/hanging out with your friends or revisit one that you enjoyed before gambling took over you.

if you want to try to get back your loss , don't get it with gambling again , you can do another thing like doing some task , giveaways or contest ,
1,5 BTC for some people is a lot of money , i will not be able to sleep if i lost that amount of money in gamble
There's always a lot of services offered here in this forum, try to work on them to get your pay and you can use your rewards in betting. In that way you won't feel frustrated because you only bet your earnings here and not the real money taken from your real job.

That hurts brother, it that happened to me I don't know what I would do to myself, I hope you can recover from your loses. I suggest that you stay away from dice site cause the odds are not favorable on you. Try to bet on sports and have fun watching the game.

I've never seen nBTC before. Did you mean uBTC? If so, it should be obvious what each one means because it's basic math/science.

m = milli = 1/1,000
u = bit = micro = 1/1,000,000
d = deca = 10

And so on. Not really that difficult. So 1,500 mBTC = 1,500/1,000 = 1.5 BTC. Fast and easy. Anyone that's passed 6th grade should already know these things.
Your right it is basic maths but i still think why can't we just stick with BTC, it's easy and we all know it.
I always thought that gambling sites used mBTC just to make it look like you have more bitcoins deposited than if it was shown in BTC, 1500mBTC always looks more than 1.5btc.

Sorry for your loss OP but if your gambling that much you can probably either afford it or should stop now depending on your financial situation, it's not up to me to say.

Why not use a better betting site.

dammit i can't do this 4 times a week.
Why use any site at all? Gambling will statistically lead to failure, we know this.

to some people thats a big loss and sounds like it is for you.

Take this is a relatively cheap lesson

I have heard stories of people losing their house or getting down
thousands to a bookie and have to sell cars and stuff to pay

but definitely stop whatever system you were doing lol

Did you try "all in" or involved yourself in martingale strategy?
Well, both are equally risky in its own way.

Of course this is not the first time someone lost a large volume in Primedice but better luck next time.

1500 mBTC... I had to convert that to BTC. Im too used to BTC (and satoshis for the really small quantities) that I don't understand mBTC's.

Anyway, 1.5 BTC is a lot of money unless you are loaded, so I recommend that you take a big breath and stop gambling for a while. That 1.5 BTC will be a lot of money lost in a month as the price of Bitcoin keeps going up. It's a big mistake to risk a lot of money when Bitcoin is starting the unstoppable path to the next all time high.

kick pc break it believe me you will feel better Smiley
you need to make this anger to go away and this is the way.
regards.

Agreed, go break something. It will make you feel better. Although, my recommendation is to pick up an old crappy PC to smash.

Yes that is a smart thing to do. First you lost bitcoins and then you lost computer, double minus. With that way of thinking you will never win in gambling or in life. Why is computer guilty? Its better to give it to someone who will appreciate it more. There is better ways to feel better.

In Primedice

I lost too at that site today but not as much as yours. I was hunting 9900x payout to participate on they recent contest but it failed so far. Will try again soon or later if I had some balance. Hopefuly will hit it before the deadline.

I wish you luck with that. We all know how hard can be when we chase this big payouts, try to not lose everything in that chase. I wish you luck and I hope you will come here to tell us your results. Again I hope you will have luck in that chase, you will need it I believe.
