Personally, I have been waiting 4 months since I sent a signed message to Theymos. But no acknowledgement or anything. So good luck!

In the meantime, the spammy posts are causing me reputational damage.

Could we not have support for firstbits addresses in the Bitcoin clients?

I think patience is the key.I myself am also such sad account loster and waiting.
I guess I should often send messages to the admin, because lately very much who reported the same thing, I think there must be a resolute action for this problem, don't let the thieves who roam the place should be a place to learn,

it's really your account ?
if it's really your account you,can you signed your message that you used in that account ?
everything will be fine as long as you can signed it.

Where can I contact with a admin? My account lost.
I see in the security log my password was changed at July 25, 2017, 06:10:10 AM.
I try the "forgot password", but it don't send me the email with recovery.
please, help.
