I think a lot of people have still no idea on how cryptocurrency and the market works and this is one of the reasons why they easily judge the market vased kn what they seeing. If you study the history of bitcoin, there are many price corrections and crashes but it still managed to go up achieved a all-time high last 2017. I believe will achieve another but it take some time before it happen again so just be patience in waiting.

have a feeling that this bear market going to be all of 2019 also , nothing realy indicates that this is over. and its going to free fall after awhile when even more people lose hope

As you said before, you should be optimistic, if you only know bitcoin when prices are high then you will never amenable when the price of bitcoin is at a low price. I just feel lament for not knowing bitcoin at low prices like in 2010 or 2011 and so on, so as when prices dropped dramatically I would never complain and even decided to leave Bitcoin.
