In my experience, Some of them can take over an hour if you diddnt add a transaction fee. Usually it only happened for me when sending several transactions in a short space of time.
i made a voluntary transaction fee of 0.1 and now they always send right away.

1, make a backup of your wallet, (c:\users\*username*\appdata\roaming\lottocoin\wallet.dat
2. Rename c:\users\*username*\appdata\roaming\lottocoin directory to lottocoin.old
3. Install new version of the client wallet to a different location to wherever you have the current one installed.
4. Start wallet and let it connect to the bkockchain and start updating. No need to let it finish.
5. Close wallet.
6. Take your backup of your old wallet.dat file and copy it into c:\users\*username*\appdata\roaming\lottocoin (overwrite the new one that was just created)
7. Open wallet again and let the whole block chain update again.
8. Breath sigh of relief as coins are now back.

Speculation on my part but earlier today Cryptsy closed the DOGE market so maybe no autosells for awhile? Coin would have continued trading on other markets.
