Hey all;
Happy new year, before rest! May it be a great one for all of you.
I'm sorta back from holidays for a day, working today so I kinda wanted to share something;
While ago I managed to get online deposits working with lottocoind, made a cool script for that and all.
It's primary usage will be to expand my lotto game in following days, but also, what I always kinda wanted and now with this cryptos it's actually plenty of fun to code is: video poker game!
Here's a cool pic:
This is the prototype working, and last night I couldn't wait - I upgraded the system and made something that uses your wallet, some cookies and stuff, basically to achieve: NO REGISTRATIONS required to play.
I tested it a bit, and it seems that it's working just fine. For a moment there I wasn't even sure it'll go well, since I had to complicate that cookie story a bit, to avoid loosing player data (or to be precise: to avoid players loosing their data hehe).
Features?
1. 5-card "video" poker; pairs above jacks and up to royal flush is credited. High Pair, Two Pairs, Three of a kind, Straight, Flush, Full, Poker, Straight Flush, Royal Flush...
2. Play for real LOT; per draw, as you would on any poker machine.
3. IBM-made poker dealing / evaluator class that takes care about probabilities. It's more or less random, but kinda poker-super-random.
4. High/Low game for every hand that's winning one, you can go and stake your winnings to get double each time you guess right card coming after last one.
(well, generally - as a younger lad, I spent massive hours at this kind of machine, and am using all rules I played with on such machine, trying to replicate it 100%)
So, few plans, and contributions from my side in next week or so for LOT:
a) I'll just left the lotto game on hold for about a week. Sorry about that. Thing is; and it's quite simple: I need to move current system to online deposit system, which may take a while, plus testing.
b) In about few days from now, I'm sure I can release this monster as well.
Cheers for now!
p.s.
Oh, yeah - and we'll be moving to a real, dedicated domain. Fo shizzle!
