To increase LOTs value i would suggest to introduce prizes also for who own coins, not only for mining.
that way people are more tempted to buy, just like a lottery

Match 2 balls: Win 50% of Stake is that for instance if i have 28 and they draw 28 is that 2 bals together or is it like i got 28 and 47 and they drop 28/47 then thats 2 balls?
