Water is the best. When I would like to drink water with some flavors, I'll put a lemon slice in. Good to health.

I like to leave a bottle of water with pieces of ginger and lemon in it in the fridge overnight and drink it the next day.

Infused water is great. Cucumber and orange is an incredible combination, so refreshing

Water rules.

I also like ice tea with ice cubes. Very refreshing, little to no sugar and it keeps me hydrated as well as water does.

For me it´s homemade flavoured water when i don´t drink plain water. Pretty much everything is good to add some flavour. One of my personal best to start the day: Water, slices of lemon, Mint leafs, A slice of ginger and two slices of cucumber. Just leave it overnight in the fridge and its ready in the morning.

The water from the centre of young green coconuts, coconut water is a refreshing alternative

when things get hot. It’s perfect for replenishing electrolytes after a sweaty workout session or

a hot day at the beach and coconut water has more potassium and fewer calories than a regular

sports drink. Not just for hydration, fresh juice delivers a quick energy boost. Full of vitamins and

minerals, this hit of health is an energizing pick-me up on a hot day. Fresh juice is a great way to

balance out summer’s ice cream cone- and beer-filled barbecues.
