I'm concerned that with how you posted your issue you could get yourself in trouble, you have two threads and one post about your issue in 3 different sections and you are not merging your posts in your scam thread, you have a case but be sure to follow the right format when posting, the worse thing that could happen is for you to get a ban when LTCCASINO posted their answer so follow the forum rules and only address valid questions to strengthen your case, better lock this thread and concentrate in the scam section.

How do I do that?

Unfortunately I'm  not good with this sort of stuff and i don't wanr to get in trouble  with this site.
Could you please advice me on how to merge  ir?

Or shall i ask the administrator to help me to do so?

i have followed advices  from some people wfo replied on my posts, as i only did one post and added the rest as people  advised  me.

Any help would be very appreciated.

How long was the time of you winning the jackpot, your account is locked, you being replied to by the game provider and the last time support contacted you? Cause honestly I'd probably give them a week at max, 3, 4 days at the minimum to check the issue out. Never experienced it so I'm just giving general numbers that most people wait for, just keep the communications up with the support team so that you're updated with what's happening, for all we know there may be more checks happening.

Additionally, assuming that the game provider checked "your" game with that reply may be hasty. Who knows, the casino may be holding the data for their own checking first, before sending it to the provider. In that case, you asking the provider and them telling you everything is done isn't wrong, but your situation isn't in those returned data.

i habe won the jackpot the 26th of February. I actually  won 2 between days, and the only reason I have a screenshot of the last one was because i couldn't  believe it mysel.
The very first one it wa 30ltc and kept playing till i managed to reach 100 ltc but lost it all and at one point I put my first account  in time out ( now they have removed  the time out option unfortunately).

The last jackpots were very close together,  and the reason i i win the biggest one is because i started to bet the max bet and played lots and lots of time.

The chat operator  can't  be contacted  as i think they banned my IP as i was aking everyday for updates and now the supprt option doesn't  work.
Unfortunately  the management never replied to my emails,  never had a word from them  till  i raise the case in another gambling forum.  Then they  did reply.

With the game provider  i contacted them  after a week of waiting  and being told just to wait and be patient that they would have email me once the fame provider would have get at them.

i email  the game provider  and they said they did the check and instructed the casino which  the chat provider  denied that t first till I send them a prove that the game provider stated that tehy reply to them.

My biggest  concern  is the lack of communication  from the casino directly  to me, why they didn't  send me an email explaining  the procedure or their concerns?

i have never won such a big amount if money  so im not sure hwo it works, but its over 2 weeks now.
The casino in the other post said that the game provider might not have run the checks properly,  but the truth is they will not find anything as there is not way i made a bug or used a special  software.
Why on earth  i woudl have spend so much of my  money if i was so tech savy?

I'm  in good faith and not worried about them finding  any tricks feom my side, the reality  is i couldn't  stop playing and wanted to try to get some of my money back playing  hoping the slot would have realse some wins eventually thats why i used the same and only slot.

I wish the casino email me once to reassure me ,instead i feel they acted like a bad casino.

I hope again they are acting  in good faith and once they realise i did not cheat they will pay.

i did get some withdrawals and they were fast except the last one i did but nothing  too bad.

After that they locked  my account and never heard from them.

All very sad.

After you upload all the images required to support your scam accusation, you can just simply select the BBCode link and paste it here on the forum, and wait for someone to quote your images for them to be visible since you are still a Newbie even though it's optional.

you cannot post a photo here since you are newbie unless someone quoted your post to show that image you shared.

Did not really want to  accuse the casino yet as still hoping  that they are honest  but
you made a good act for your case because we are talking about money here and they must reply to you ASAP.

it has been two weeks now and for the money i have spend  and the money they kept i can't  afford  to have them ignoring mefor much longer.

It's  all very sad because  i feel  not casinos can be trusted.

i never  won anything and once i win in my life they tell me I might be a bug maker!

Is a section dedicated to scam accusations, post whatever proof you have the community will leave negative feedback on the @LTC Casino account if necessary

I think it's good to discuss first the complaint on the ANN thread for other users there that playing on the site to also see it. Reading that kind of complaint on their discussion thread will give awareness to newbies or new visitors on the thread as some of them are not heading to scam accusation thread. It's also a way to show for the site to clarify the issue right directly on their main discussion place.

Then if prove scam, OP can now make a compete scam report on the scam accusation thread.

Just my 2 cents and I'm not sure if I'm right on that lol.

from what I understand OP has already contacted support several times and support has not resolved anything, so in this case posting on the ANN thread may be an option, but the safest option is even to post in the Scam Accusations section so that it is possible to pressure the manager from the casino I came on the forum to solve this problem quickly if possible. in his topic the casino manager can pretend he didn't see anything and the problem remains unresolved for longer unnecessarily. I could be wrong in this idea too

As mentioned by @goinmerry, it's better to also post your complaint on their ANN thread as it was a review. If they can able to clear things with you, that's also a good review to them that's why I'm sure they will address your concern aside from sending emails. It's time for them to show that they have a good customer response. I hope you will have a good result and outcome standing at your position.

A popular image file sharing sites like imgur.com should do. Upload all your images there, get the link, and post it here. No need to embed it as an image as newbies can't post image unless purchasing a Copper Membership. Anyways, forget that last part. Posting all the image links here is fine or you can take the discussion on their thread.

I would  like to share the screenshot of my winnings and the reply of the game provider.

I could also possibly share the reply to my complaint in the other gambling forum but I need to know if I'm allowed.
I'm  trying  to work out how to share the pics in this site, I'm  not very tech savy unfortunately but ill try to work it out as there is few things that I would like to share as they made a big deal of me opening 5 accounts when I their F&q im their site highly suggest it and same to use a vpn.
Also I have the email  from the game provider who comfirmed  they instructed the casino after doing the checks  and now they  come out with another excuse saying I could have use a bug or some  like that.
I feel if that legitimate  they would have contacted me and explained.

The only thing that the community can do is to pressure that site with a massive negative reviews especially if the site involved is considered as popular and reputable. The community here is strong and a negative tagged by DTs will put the site's name as an untrustworthy site.

But to prove it and convince the community that it's a legit complaint, telling us what happened is not enough. You need to show any kinds of proofs you have there, solid or not, to support your claims.

I understand that you already have been contact in their support but posting your concern in their ANN thread is considered as review. Again, only if you can provide a good support to your claims.

Hi everyone,
I'm  writing you to seek for help as I never  won anything  in my life
and I managed  to win 3 jackpots in LTC casino in 2 months in my favourite slot but the casino blocked my account and never  even sent me an email  to let me know why or letting me know they would have done an investigation.
I discovered that myself from the chat operator who only kept telling me to wait and be patient without telling me what  was going beside that they were checking  with the game provider of the winnings were legitimate.
To start with i have played over 15k in on this casino, opened 4 accounts as everytime i was playing too much i put my account on time out as the  chat operator refused to close my account.
I have read the site F&Q and it states that LTC casino  highly  suggest the opening of new accounts, I can share the link or the screenshot.
I initially  won a jackpot but unfortunately  lost it all playing it again as their withdrawal option are 15 ltc daily ,a good way for the casino to get their money back.
I have played a lot and spend a lot of time playing  at the same slots as this is my taste  and after 3 more accounts between  breaks ( everytime I lost lot i put the account on break) and when I wanted to play again I opened a new one  which was allowed. At one point  I started to believe  the games were rigged as the amount of money and time spent  didn't  make sense on not getting any wins and tried to close my account but the chat operators  told me they couldn't and wheni mentioned  that vulnerable  players were at risk ge ruthlessly told me :  " just don't  play".
They eventually  removed the break option too.
I did complained as i felt just because a casino is not licensed they coyld have be more sensible about problem gamblers, but tthey didnt care at not point the banned or blocked my account as I kept playing more money  trying to win some of the money lost. I have wasted well over 15k  till one day i  managed  to win 2 jackpots between days ,one of 300 ltc and than i kept playing  with max bet ( there is not restrictions  on max bet ) and I win the biggest jackpot ; 900 Ltc .
I can't describe my happiness as I'm a big looser in gambling and never won a dime and felt God was on my side for once!
Little prepared me for what came next!
it has been two weeks that my account has been closed.
The casino never email me to let me know that they had to do an investigation, I discover that trhough the chat operator,who simply told me to be patient and wait as I would have recieved an email after the game provider would have checked the winning in case of cheating.

I never won anything big so I felt safe and thought perhaps was the  casino procedure, eventough I thought was strange that they didn't  email me to let me know.
I waited a week and not sign from management and the chat operator kept telling me the same mantra,so I decided to contact the game provider to see at what point they were with the investigation.

The game provider  emailed me back that the checks were done and they instructed the casino ,but the chat operator denied the claim ,till I send the a proof of the email and then they said to keep wait till the managers would email me.
They never did.
So I open a complaint in a gambling site and magically the rappresentative replied saying that the game provider could have been wrong because they had issue with another slot.
They say they have reason to believe I was writing from uk but they weren't sure as that would have make any difference  if they promote  players to use vpn and anonymity.
They said that I could have used a bug or a special software to trick the system and lots slandering assumptions.

Now I would like to know how can be possible that a  casino  refuse to close an account when a player asks for it but they close it and ban the ip once the player wins lots of money?
I have 1496 LtC in my account and it is a lot of money for me and the fact that the casino is using so many excuses  when they brag to be an anonymous casino, they promote  the use of vpn and multiples  emails.
There is plenty of unlicensed  casino  that are honest and i really want to believe that LTC is acting in good faith but of they were why they never made any sort of communication with me?
How can it be possible  that the game provider is wrong?
I know for a fact I did not cheat, I'm  not that clever,  I wish I was but  I can't make bugs, and  the only bugs I know are animals.
Is there anyone that can put me in direct contact  with the management?
I can prove that I'm  not a gang as they trying to picture me with.
I am amaze that if one spends a fortune they are ok with but once they wins and yes I did win the jackpots but I played lots of money and mostly lots of time.
Did they assume was impossible to win? this how I felt when I kept loosing,yet they  got my money from my deposits and took the winnings.
How can a casino acts in such ways?
I can provide the screenshot of my last jackpots winning as I couldn't  believe it myself .
How come the casino is acting this way?
I would like to know of anyone had similar experiences.
I have seen a post of someone winning another jackpot and wondering if they went through the hell im going through.
It is not fair as they happily took my hard earn money and still have my  one of life time winnings and not even the  decency to keep me updated and on top of that they banned my IP address.

I would like to know if anyone can put me in touch with the casino managers of LTC casino because casino like that give crypto casinos a bad names.
