It is difficult for me to choose between ETH and LTC. Why not buy both? ETH and LTC are two old coins with strong community. If I were you, I will invest more in in ETH (probably 70% and 30% in LTC).
I think that Ethereum has more perspectives for the next pump. First of all, this coin is used much more often than LTC. Secondly, the next update is coming and I am sure, when Ethereum 2.0 will see the lite, we will boost!
Litecoin is dead project, left by own creator. I don't see any advantage using Litecoin instead of Bircoin. Last year Litecoin was good for small payments because Bitcoin's network was overloaded.
I would buy Ethereum. At least he was in the top 2 in capitalization, but LTC did not see him, and will not see him. It's too much of a bad project.
Both coins are good and famous coin. But i support eth because after btc then eth position and eth day by day increase their popularity. Eth is block chain network now eth accepted token that's why they get so many users. Eth was going 1200$ now 119$. That s huge down i think it's golden time to buy more eth for future.
I own eth now , because have a strong team and soon expect updates.
If you choose between these two coins, then my opinion is that it is better to choose ethereum. In the case of litecoin - I am very confused by the fact that he was in the main developer a long time ago left the project.

Would bet on LTC. Ehtereum is continuing sliding over the past few months and future is looking glean for ethereum due to many fake and scammed ICO, which are supported by ethereum blockhains. I think Ethereum will down more in upcoming months.
At Ethereum, it all depends on creating an update called Casper. It will increase the speed of transactions per second. This will help Ethereum defeat competitors.
You must not compare this coin because both is good. But when it comes to advantages ethereum have it all because eth exist with a purpose which I don't see in ltc. But we know that ltc has a solid investors and holders that is why the market of it is still good.
Litecoin and ethereum both coins is good for holding. I am holding both of them, I bought some litecoin and ethereum at this dump season and hold them for a long term investment.long term mean for a good price. both of coins team are very active and developing the platform nicely.
I think it is a good and appropriate policy to increase LTC upwards because with limited inventory, it will make LTC prices better but still, even so I think ETH is still above LTC so if I have to choose then I prefer ETH compared to LTC because I am sure that when Bitcoin recovers ETH it will also recover and of course it is very profitable for ETH owners
Yes . LTC and ETH are good virtual currencies and are worth investing. But to compare the technology platform and potential growth in value in the future, I think ETH is still the number one choice.

Even institutional investors are more interested in ETH, some even more than BTC. ETH gets decent support in cypto space. Once lightening network is properly implemented in BTC, LTC would be useless.
yes of course the right investment choice right now is ethereum. compared to ltc, eth still has a larger community. although now the ethereum price is now very down on the market, but I'm sure the price will soon grow.

Splitting to both coins might much better as they are both have their own community supports, if you are aiming for long term investment this two can be the type of assets that can grow far after this massive fall around crypto, we seen how this two coins behave when bitcoin is playing high, and if same fate happen again to the entire industry both coins are profitable just need to have a long patience to survive your investment.

I think Eth, but also some Ltc to hold will be good if price grow in future.
I prefer to have ethereum because after all, I think ethereum remains the strongest altcoin because ethereum is not only a coin but also acts as a platform used by many altcoins which certainly has many advantages and has a stronger foundation than LTC, even though LTC is superior in terms of total supply due to fewer but market demand for LTC is still relatively small
