I spent a good portion of my personal time pretty much all weekend doing exactly that. Used all of my scrypt mining profits (GHs worth) from Friday thru Sunday to finance it. I still had a sell order for some of those bot coins (to recover some of my expense). I killed the sell so you would not have to eat the same coins I'm already taking a loss on. No need for both of us to pay the price...
Anyhow, if some of my other sells in other coins go through, I'll try to pick up where you have to leave off.

There is only a limited amount I can afford to buy, of course. I'm gonna stop within next 15-20 minutes. Hopefully someone will keep up the pace.

I've noticed that buying at least 5000 LTCD with each increase make a better impact. With increases of between 0.00000025 to 0.00000050 each buy.
So I started from about 0.00000850 and slowly increased to 0.00001150 each buy.
When I tried buying less than 5000 LTCD it only kept price at the same level without increase.

A suggestion for you guys, from what I saw all weekend:
Cryptsy is is the better place to buy it upward. Fewer idiots tend to get in the way (expect quite a few though). Take breaks and let the buying rest (I'd say stop every 10 minutes and rest for a random number of minutes higher than 15) then resume more upward buying. The down time will help you avoid the greedier Trexxers that will try to arb-dump into your buys. My best guess is that those guys don't have the patience to wait a few minutes, and if you just watch - you can watch them fight to cut their own throats trying to undersell each other or frustration-dump into the existing buy-orders.

Theoretically we're not in uptrend until price will hit 1375+ and make 3rd HH to confirm new trend.
But practically we're iin uptrend and that night pump-dump is maybe part of plan, I really don't know.
But I'm happy that my shy prediction is quite good and I bought a bag of Ltcd.

Everyone please refrain from spewing hateful remarks at Gravy. He has since contacted me via PM and we are working to resolve his issue. What I assumed was general trolling was stemming from his frustration after coming back to LTCD after a few days away. As I suspected, he was still on the dead fork, and redownloading the blockchain as I had suggested seems to have fixed his issue.
