I can't speak for anything regarding the original release or code base, and still have a lot of work to do in this area, but the repairwallet RPC method may not have existed when the codebase was forked. (I haven't gone through all of the RPCs yet.) This should probably be filed as an issue on the github. I'll try to get it merged in asap. Still a few things that have slightly higher priority though.

The net has rate is 15.5 gh with 1599 diff. Does the diff appeared to be stuck anybody?

i means its said for hours that the next diff is 220 which would be awesome!!!

Is the network just still catching up or spluttering a bit maybe??

You create LTCD.conf file and added it to Current User-AppData-Roaming-LTCD Wallet folder?

my wallet is also encrypted and i don't have those problems, just save your wallet.dat delete everything else and redownload the wallet

P.S. you can't unlock it just so, only when you make transaction you have to use your password

And the coin is super fast... 2 min for me from wallet to pending on Bittrex !!!

So I don't need to unlock wallet to allow it to download the blocks?
