Exactly. This kind of hash rate was never there before the halvening. In fact we were lucky to ever get over 10 Gigahash consistently.
We have seen the 100 gigahash come and go today depending on the current difficulty and price. Both factors multipools use to determine whether to mine a coin.

Very enlightening conversation we are having. Many sites report that figure incorrectly. That is the only reason I asked. As stated above, the extra hash is most likely a multipool or two.
