WARNING: I say "F*CK". A Lot.
Hi.

timeoffset might be related to your time zone. that is one entry that I have no specific knowledge.
I do not use NOMP, so I can't help clear that up either.
I do notice that there is no entry in your conf file for "rpcserver=1" but that might be something you do not need due to you using NOMP. Try adding the "rpcserver=1" to your conf and see if that works. Also, try changing "rpcallowip=192.168.100.*" to "rpcallowip=127.0.0.1"

I hope those work for you.

Hi vicvelcro,

thanks, but what do you mean with timeoffset!
My Server is synchronized with Europe/Berlin, do I Need to sync with other Location?

I use NOMP as Stratum, is this a Problem? Other Coins are working fine with NOMP..

here you can see my conf, is there an error?

I'm not sure what everything in there means, but here's mine - if it helps you any...
Maybe has something to do with the timeoffset Huh
I don't see your rpcport (or anything else in your conf file). I attach mine below the 'getinfo' group.

Annoucement:

Time to earn some LTCD!
We are proud to annouce that it is now possible to mine LTCD on a multipool.

Point your miners at and mine whatever coin and get paid in LTCD.
After registration at CoinKing, make your workers and go to Wallets and find the coin you are planning to mine. In the Auto Convert settings in the column to the far right chose LTCD.

https://coinking.io/login.php#

Tips:

- In the worker setup page remember to setup the right Difficulty: ASICS = 1024 / GridSeed = 128 / GPU = 256-512
- In the worker setup page chose a coin or multipool in "Mining"
- In the Wallet window remember to setup Auto Convert to LTCD in the right column.

Happy Minig Everyone.

The LitecoinDark Team

First of all point those miners to Coinking and urn your ltcd! Also I agree with Troll that Xircom is our pr guy and normaly he will do the interviews. This said, he was asking a koppel of pages back the same question as me and was completely ignorned. Every team member has certain tasks/skills and with this structure ltcd future is more guaranteed. One of my jobs is to protect the coin and make sure communication goes true the right channels.

In this case Mckny was/is (doesn't mather at this point) involved with Blackcoin. Reasons enough for me to ask questions since he didn't reply on Xircom his question. Ofcourse Mckny is welcome as community member and its nothing more than great he is willing to to a interview for a article.

This said, respect the communication channels and use them the way the they mension. Also for the record I had the feeling the community has the right to know you are/was from Blackcoin. Don't take it personaly but this is my job. Next time use pm and answer questions from the team, it is the best for both.

Regards,

Litecoindark Dev

I just got home from work (day job, etc).  I have agreed to do an interview, however, I will need to discuss which questions I am able to answer with the rest of the dev team before it happens.  I don't worry about the tech being "stolen".  That said, I am still extremely limited on what I am able to discuss openly not for fear of "stolen tech", but because implementation details are subject to change at least until the 2.0 Whitepaper is released.

Once again, Xircom is the PR manager for the team, and for the most part he should be the one being interviewed, though I can see why any journalist would want to hear directly from the programmer.  Keep in mind though, that we are a team.  Not just the dev team, but the community is a part of this team as well.  While I may be the one that writes the code that the "team" wants, I don't make the decisions.  In that, I'm investing my time and hard work into this project, just as many of you have invested your time, effort, and money.

Once I have had the chance to meet with the team and discuss what questions are absolutely off limits (I already have a pretty good idea what I cannot answer) then I will contact you via PM to schedule something proper.

Thanks.

TrollByFire has agreed to an interview and I'm going to be the one to report on it for TheCoinFront.com. Should be fun.

We agreed to make interviews but the team wan't to know first what your real intensions are since you are research and developer of Blackcoin...

First of all. I don't work for BlackCoin anymore. I never did really. I never got paid. I was volunteer R&D Director. Second I'm a journalist trying to help you guys get word out. I have no idea what I could possibly benefit from from discussing the LTCD Roadmap and the Devs plans...also how that could possibly tie into BlackCoin I don't know. Offer is there. I will await a response. If not thanks I'll just hold on my stash of LTCD and not offer my expertise.

Heck I say give him a chance... He says he's no longer with BlackCoin... Other people vouch for him and he has the skills we need... He has a vested interest in LTCD like the rest of us... And to be quite honest we need more help on the dev team... I mean yeah check him out and all but don't pass up the chance to add a skilled individual like this because of distrust... I say trust until you have a reason not too!! Give him a chance to prove himself!!

Cheers,

Ghosty

Thanks. I've PMed Troll and he has agreed. Once he gives me an email to correspond to I will send him questions to answer. It's as simple as that. Im just an investor doing his part. I scooped 250k LTCD at 100 SAT. Im right here. Haha

Thank you for the honest answering. Thats what we needed as a community protecting the coin.
I would surgest that you make your question to Troll so he is able to coordinate the answers with the team and hikups is prevented.
If you need any other kind of info, write the main dev and he will make sure that the team answers.
Happy writing

WARNING: I say "F*CK". A Lot.
Almost always at the worst exchange rate. Better to mine the coin (Doge in your example) and then convert it manually when the rate of exchange is optimal.

Merge mining - FTW.

With the rewards what they are now the only way LTCD is worth mining would be in a merged mining situation.

Ehhm... Look above you.. Do you know what a multipool is..?

You mine the most profitable coin.. And then you can choose to get that coin converted to LTCD instead.. So if you mine 1000 Dogecoins then you can choose to get LTCD instead of Dogecoins.

OK guess I should have checked out the pool.  Usually it's the other way around, mine and trade for BTC or LTC.  Nice!!

WARNING: I say "F*CK". A Lot.
Ask McKie to provide (24 hours in advance) a list of questions that will be asked and a list of what will be covered. Give Troll the opportunity to provide well thought out and cogent responses when the time comes. No surprise questions should be presented at all. Troll should have the option to disregard any questions and McKie should agree to not reference any disregarded questions.

There should be no "We asked LTCD Dev (insert subject here) but he declined to respond". If Troll passes over any of the questions, they should not come up in any way, shape or form in the published material. Period.
