Exactly. The negative effect on your profit is quite big if you are a frequent player, though the fee in your example should be 1 btc (10000 * 0.0001 btc) instead.

People who gamble at LB send several transactions at once with a single fee, I saw Mkr sending almost 100 bets on every transaction

IIRC, there were six hundred something likes when I last checked it in late June. So it will probably take another month or two to reach a four digit number. Just be patient and we will get there eventually.
