Why allow this? that would be kind of unfair. For instance, I do control some account given as collateral on defaulted accounts around 1-2 years ago. I could use one and predict

It's allowed because disallowing it causes more harm than good, as I learned from the last round. What's "abusive"? Well, that's for me to decide. If you control an account as defaulted on collateral, I'd say you own it fair and square and can use it as you see fit; if you use it to abuse this program, well, that's my problem and I'll handle it as stated in the original rules. It's just easier for everyone (except me) this way.
I intend to go over all the entries on the day of the event to identify any abuse before the final results are checked.
