There might not be a free slot right this moment but one could become available today or very soon so he could grab that, and this isn't deal that pays people on the first of the month so I don't know where you're getting 1st of Sept from. People get paid on all different times and you can see this by reading the last few pages of the thread.

And you are saying I don't know anything. Mostly spots open before 15th of each month.

I do not think pay day will be near, pay day will start most probably from 1st September.
And slots will be open for anyone, doesn't matter if it's already enrolled member or new.
