Okay Sir and thank you so much for at least considering my case.
Well, the boss basically said "it's your call". So, let me lay out my thought process for you so everyone can understand this decision.
Reasons against payment:
- Large no-post period, followed by a "hurry up" attempt squeezing many posts in to a short time frame
- Lack of contact before enrollment completion
- Payment can set a negative precedent
- A clear case of multiple rule violations
Reasons for payment:
- Continued use of the signature even after payment denial
- Civil appeal, although not in a timely manner
- Consistent post history and no other negative connotation
- Also an occasional visitor and player
As you can see, this is a very tough decision. The rules are quite clear on this and you're unfortunately on the losing side of them. However you have displayed a serious intent to correct the issue even though you didn't contact me in a timely manner and have been very courteous and understanding about the situation as a whole. Therefore, I have chosen to invoke the
special consideration clause of the rules and grant you a seven-day extension on your enrollment. Since you have successfully completed your required posts before the seven days has ended, I have sent your payment.

However, I have also decided to bar you from future enrollment. The fact still remains that you had opportunity to contact me before your enrollment completion and you failed to. This led to a large number of posts in a short time frame which is also undesirable activity. Furthermore, allowing your re-enrollment does carry the risk of future abuse attempts from other enrollments. The rules have to be enforced here ultimately to protect the campaign.
I hope you're able to find another campaign and keep bringing the extra income. Good luck to you!
