Since Luckybit's twitter account is actively tweeting. Actually, you can finish the task for just 3 consecutive days.

Day 1: 1 Tweet and 1 Retweet
Day 2: 1 Tweet and 1 Retweet
Day 3: 1 Retweet

Then your good to go to fill-up the form and submit.

The campaign is small enough I can check all users daily and see their activity. If this had 100+ in it, then it might be a concern.

I think not, because he is more updated than me. This to me was last updated 2 months ago. So maybe there is another reason why he has not been received or maybe sir just missed his application.
