I visited LuckyBTCCasino few moments ago, and it made me an account with random username there. So, I tried to change the details but I couldn't changed my username. Could you tell me how to change the username into mine?

Seems that it is a new feature on luckybtccasino, an account is created automatically once a player visit the site. I've just visit the site and as you said it gives me a random username and it cant be changed imo because there is a clear notification says "name can not be changed" when I open the edit details menu.

Maybe its another security feauture for the site and luckybtc gives username for those who newly registered in their site and thats ok as long as its good to gamble their and the site has good design, and i dont know about casino and when i join to their campaign and  got corious and look at it and i find it nice,

To above poster, maybe it is best to remove the full e-mail address from the post to prevent massive spam from reaching their inbox.

The e-mail address is visible on their contact page at the bottom of the site, so everybody should be able to find it. They put it there with spaces and [at] for this reason.

From reading the previous page it does not look like the email verification will be a problem for much longer. Maybe it has something to do with the update? As above said your best bet is to find their support email from the site or google and take it from there, they have facebook and a few other social media you could also contact them on. You could try to create an account with a different username and e-mail address just to check if this is working. If it is, the mail may somehow be blocked by your mail provider.

If it doesn't show on the other mail account it is likely something with the system.

Maybe try sending an e-mail to the support team, it is probably the fastest way to get it resolved.

Hey guys, just wondering, how long does it take a withdrawal to be processed? I requested a withdrawal (first time Cheesy )yesterday and I don't even received an email notification ( I think maybe because I signed up using my facebook account? Here's the ID if necessary : W122

I have contacted admin for you he will look into this. You should have had an email notification to confirm withdrawal. Once confirmed it would be done a maximum 24 hours but always sooner. Please also open a support ticket on the sight as that may fast track your issue.


Yeah when I processed the withdrawal it says that I have to check my email but I haven't received one yet , until now. I also once opened a support ticket yesterday and also didn't received a response until now but I will be patiently waiting for it (even two days have passed and today will be the 3rd day Cheesy)

The timing is the worst it could have been, admin is very busy with completing updates but he will get around to you asap. I have also emailed him for you. The thing is you could wait 50days if you have not confirmed the email then it will not be processed(so there is our problem that will be sorted). He will get around to you, you opened a support ticket just yesterday I will bump an email later today for him to check it asap.

50 days was quite long to wait since I haven't confirmed any email but if that's really what will happen then its fine, luckily I don't need some bitcoin right now (being processed asap will be better though). Anyways thank you for your help, I appreciate it Smiley

As I said on my previous post, I signed up and connected my Facebook account on the casino , not directly to my email address which I think might be the issue why I don't receive any confirmation email (even when I first signed up , I didn't received a verification email).
