I was browsing and I found this which I thought I'd make it something of my own interpretation and what I found interesting and thought about sharing is how the number of bettors for the last 24h seems to correlate with lunch-time and post-lunch. I suppose most working people try a bit of down-time during lunch time, in any case its an interesting fact.
All people that play in Luckydice are not in a same region as you. Every city has its own time zone. So cannot say which hour people are more active in Luckybet based on that chart. When it's 1 PM in your country, it's 1 AM in another place of the world. That chart shows nothing about the time of the day that people are more active in.

It could be that lunch time and leaving work time correlates for players in the most popular countries that use Luckydice.

This would help to explain the sudden drop off at a particular time. We will see if a similar trend happens today.

Alternatively, if the platform mostly sees users from a single country, then Joseph's explanation could be valid.

Looks like gmd69 is going to win today's prize. Will he also be the first user to rank up?!

So I tried LuckyDice today and I must say it looked smooth, great , fun and always ready to come back to play again. The interface makes you forget that you're actually playing with money and more likely it makes the player more comfortable to come and have fun.

For that person who had lag playing with music on, I think you have some low RAM on your laptop/pc or something to make it goes slower. Personally , I had no problems with sound on/off or playing with different browser.

We are working on two new separate platforms: one is a dice game with simplified graphics, and the second is a multi-game casino.

Always looking forward to these kind of updates. We are really on the right track with how things are progressing. Quick question, do you have any plans on adding a sports betting platform? I know that there are way so many sports betting websites available for us now but a new platform would really help the community as we will have more options especially for the crypto-only folks (like me  Grin).

Thanks for help in fairness calculations, we use same random number generator for both types of dices (classic and digital), bonus games, for BitKong and for upcoming games, this is why it use 4 bytes to have universal RNG. Soon we will add code snippet to fairness section. Please see RNG code below:

"[...] and for upcoming games!"

Call me intrigued  Smiley

How many new games are you guys working on? And are they going to be released as separate new platforms, a la BitKong and Luckydice?

Can't wait to see how they turn out.

I finally played Luckydice today. Although I wasn't so lucky but it was fun. The interface and background music, it's good and not boring that I forgot to check my time. There are multiple currencies too as options; bitcoin, ethereum, xrp, doge, litecoin and dash. For sure, I will be playing again (hopefully luck is with me on my next visit).

I'm a fan of the music, and I like the way it automatically turns off when you switch tabs. Some websites just leave the music running which is absolutely infuriating.

Would be cool if we could select different tracks though, other than just muting it.

That would definitely be sweet, but I don't think there is a great need to add additional tracks right now. If people don't like the music, they can just switch it off.

What we do need though is a change to the autobet button... I didn't even know where it was until I accidentally clicked it while pressing roll lol.

that is risky . what if you have a big bank roll and you already put a big bet but you accidentally click the autobet   . you will loose huge if that happens and it actually happen to me last time while i set the payout to 9900  but the max bet mistake is still more brutal than this one  . about the music , its not bothering at all because you can just turn it off or add your own playlist  . music is also an indication while you are on other tab to see if you hit something  but i also off the music sometimes if im on the actual site because it lags when the music is on  .

It doesn't start automatically start betting if you click on the button, so there's nothing to worry about there.

Also, you would need to be pretty stupid to autobet without setting your bet size quite low.

The goal of autobet is to bet low and bet often.

That's awkward, I haven't experienced any lag issues with the music on.

Pretty sure they're working on it though if a vast majority of users is experiencing these.

that is risky

There is no such risk. If you press "auto bet" button it just opens tab where you need to put bet amount, number of bets etc. So this button will not start betting. It just redirect you to a place where you can set everything and even if you press start by mistake you can stop it almost instantly (min 2 bets will be issued).

I've updated my post - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.53762815 . Now it's a complete step by step guide on how to check fairness of bet. I think that it deserve separate thread to reach wider audience but i think that i'll do that after You update fairness section with detail on how to calculate bonus games. I think that it is a must have in there because 8% of average gambler winnings comes from bonus games.

I was also confused by little to zero impact on final result from byte third and forth.
Yes, even the second byte has very little effect.
The first term (a/256) is a value between 0 and 0.996, while other three terms (b/2562)+(c/2563)+(d/2564) totally cannot exceed 0.004. They are used for making the game completely fair.

For example if the first decimal is between 0 and 41 the outcome will be 1 and other three decimals don't matter. If the outcome is between 43 and 84 the outcome will be 2.
Only if the first decimal is 42, then the second term will determine whether the final outcome to be one or two

Here is what I understand from reading the fairness section.

Thank you. I was doing it the same way as you but gets wrong results because I've forget to add +1 in here

[0.78]+1 = 1

And here:

[1.25]+1 = 2

Than I tried to change different things what pushed me into even worse results. Finally I decided to ask for help. Damn I was so close to figure it out by myself.
Nevertheless I must admit that you explained it perfectly. I'll link your post in my final guide.

So 8 first bytes is 16 digits - 2202b355351a1b6b

2202b355 - dice 1 resoult
351a1b6b - dice 2 resoult

And here i'm stuck. What to do with it next?

Here is what I understand from reading the fairness section.

Calculating first dice result:

First four bytes: 2202b355

First byte: 22
Second byte: 02
Third byte: b3
Forth byte: 55

Hexadecimal must be converted to decimal:
22 --->  34   (a)
02 --->  2     (b)
b3 --->  179   (c)
55 --->  85   (d)

Now you should use the following formula to obtain a value between zero and one

(a/256)+(b/2562)+(c/2563)+(d/2564)

(34/256)+(2/2562)+(179/2563)+(85/2564) = 0.13

0.13 must be multiplied by 6

0.13*6 = 0.78

The final dice result is

[0.78]+1 = 1

Calculating second dice result:

Second four bytes: 351a1b6b

First byte: 35
Second byte: 1a
Third byte: 1b
Forth byte: 6b

Hexadecimal must be converted to decimal:
35 --->  53
1a --->  26
1b --->  27
6b --->  107

(53/256)+(26/2562)+(27/2563)+(107/2564) = 0.207

0.207 must be multiplied by 6

0.207*6 = 1.25

The final dice result is

[1.25]+1 = 2

Here you can find step by step guide on guide on how to check fairness of your bet using Lyckydince provably fair system.

Click on Activity [1] -> MY BETS [2] -> choose bet that you want to check and reveal its details [3] -> copy Server Seed (Hashed) - that's mine: dd278ba121872e8527861c0c163afc57b5baa70ae1c25f03837474bce92efb1c  -> Clink on RANDOMIZE [4] to reveal server seed (from now on every next bet will be made using new Server Seed)

Copy Server seed, client seed and nonce.

Server seed:
bafeeb0d100b41c1296273d1b7eff123cff55233674d229dee2a4d8958f5b169

Client seed:
37c3b51b49f6f0cb60b2c0e64cc26a98

Nonce:
2

Now we have every data that we need. Lets do the math:

1- Check if Server seed is correct - hash it with SHA256 and check if you will receive Server Seed (Hashed). The easiest way to do that is to use online tool f.e. https://emn178.github.io/online-tools/sha256.html

Correct !

2- Calculate HMAC_SHA256(K,m) function
K- Server seed
m = "{client_seed}:{nonce}:{round_number}:0" - its   37c3b51b49f6f0cb60b2c0e64cc26a98:2:0:0 for me.
We can use this tool - https://www.freeformatter.com/hmac-generator.html#ad-output for calculation.

I get: 2202b355351a1b6b5393fd4fa4e820785ed3336d0fd81eac707226886b53717a

3- Get final resoult
3.1
In my case i'm checking "CLASSIC DICE" game. So i need first eight bytes.

The final dice result is
[0.78]+1 = 1
[1.25]+1 = 2
Correct !

3.2
What if I was playing "DIGITAL DICE"? I need first 4 bytes - 8 digits: 2202b355

We do the same steps as with "CLASSIC DICE" but we stop here:

(34/256)+(2/2562)+(179/2563)+(85/2564) = 0.13

hosseinimr93 rounded the result, but its exact form is 0.132858753

Now we need to multiply it by 10 000, take floor and devide it by 100.

floor(0.132858753 * 10 000) = 1328
1328/100=13,28 - and that would be the resoult if I would play "DIGITAL DICE" instead of "CLASSIC DICE" in this game.
