I like the the rule of 50 hands no play = out. It will reduce the number of "sitting out" players.

Yes the withdrawal is manual but it doesnt usually takes very long time but I dont know how long would it be since this is holiday season . If I win this freeroll today, I dont mind waiting for 1 or 2 days atleast to cashout the amount because this is a free money
