Bitdice is scam scam scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
At least he gave a chance everyone to withdraw the funds and this is "perfect" example of how to run the business before shutting down it. Maybe they have cheated enough people and the target has been met, IMHO. Surely they will not come back soon with the destroyed reputation on crypto gambling industry.

But there is still a chance that they will come back with different site, who knows?
I also remember that there is a site named wixiplay.io that rewarding all ex lukcygames players with the same level as we can read on this thread
I'm not really sure what is the reason behind this act, but I feel that there is something like relationship between wixiplay and luckygames.
Of course it is just my opinion, I have no solid proofs that they are related to each other.

In some cases, the old brands come back under new domain but the quality stays the same. Unfortunately this is true for scam or shady gambling platforms too. That is why before jumping to sweat welcome deals, making a good research is necessary.

Yes. I even found a site where it is now bought by another person but it is not the same at all. I don't really know that the previous owner really lose the fund because of fire accident. Meanwhile after announcing the accident the site shutting down the owner did not let the players withdraw any funds unlike the owner of luckygames which their players should be thankful that withdrawal is operational before finally closing the site.
The honesty will return to the owner as a positive note in the future if the CEO decides to re-test his luck in the same industry.

Wixiplay tried to attract Luckygames players to their scam platform they selective process withdrawals and do not have working provably fair system.

Even if you are a multi-talented person from front-end to back-end side then this is really a big work and from marketing alone then thats already a lot of stuff to work on.
Each division would really need up a personnel which do only focus into that field. Running a business wont really be ideal when you are just alone specially
in a gambling business that there are lots of things to do.We dont know if this is the reason or just simply they do aim for another career or this business isnt
profitable anymore for them.

that's right, I agree with you on everything
not only that, in case you get sick or go on vacation who manages your things for you? none if you are alone
unfortunately this kind of projects must be managed together with another person

the problem is finding reliable people

To boldly go where no rabbit has gone before...
The owner got caught cheating players a while ago and was run off the forum, but it seems he has some integrity after all.

What about all that "provably fair" thing every online casino is bragging about? Does it count for anything anymore or is it just a "promotional tool" they all use?

here there is the scam accusation. where you have seen cheating of 74k USD withdrawal?
however if admin work alone in a challenging product like this, definitely best solution is close activity. it's very hard work alone and follow a website like this.

yes - working alone is impossible, you have to look at too many things.
- IT technical side
- administrative side
- customer support side
- creative side
- marketing side
- and so on!

for run a service like this, need a team.. alone is a suicide.. u cant run

before i  saw one user asking if running a gambling site alone is possible because he said he have many talents .  he continue he could be ended up like this now

luckygames io is not a small gambling site and its impossible for 1 person to operate it . i dont believe it , they could be lying and only wants to use this reason to leave . thanks for this warning  , hope existing gambling for this site can read this and withdrew thier funds asap  . and lets hope that closure like this wont happen to other gambling sites.

Yes, they didn't just disappear as expected.
It is second month of closing down process, now only withdrawals and exchange are working. He said in post even after that there will be chance to withdraw remaining funds.
Support seems to be still on the site.
I honestly liked the platform they had and the games they provided I played long time back some game like magnetic balls or something it was so cool and unique in it's own way. I am really disgusted first they cheated a player and tried to hide it by saying that they found a player cheating so we counter cheated him. It is really disheartening to see such a nice and prolific casino having so many issues but at least having the integrity to allow users o withdraw the funds.

I wish they had sorted their problems and started fresh somehow, not sure why they just never went big or got the required attention, let alone the mistake they made but even before that they had trouble getting gamblers.

I am not aware of the hacking incident but it looks very unfortunate for the Casino to have built a forum with a good amount of post and active people in there but will soon be gone.

I can see the owner had been cheating to prevent 74k USD withdrawal. Quite an amount to lose in the pandemic times, I guess one of the reasons why the casino is closing. He must have lost players after the incident. Good thing he sends out advance notice.

It would have been a disaster if he didn't allow anyone to withdraw. If he just has the intension to do it he probably wouldn't and just close the casino in an instant and walk away with everyone's coin.

~snip~

In any normal casino, a player that finds a loophole with a game is typically allowed to keep the winnings. So long as they're playing within the parameters of the game and not using any disallowed equipment.

~snip

Where is that allowed? When player finds bug on website and tries to get as much money as possible from it, then he/she gets banned because that's unethical and in this case, it's included in policy and rules that gambler has to inform casino about that and he/she will get reward from this, otherwise - there is higher chance casino will catch such persons and ban them, so, they'll be left without money. It was easier to benefit yourself via bugs in past but right now, situation has changed.

At the same time I want to mention that sometimes people make "kind" things for again themselves too. I don't directly mean owner of luckygames but there is possibility he avoided scam because he had some traces online and it wouldn't be good to scam and risk that much, so...

Btw why don't they sell luckygames? Wouldn't it even be more beneficial for them?

It always nice to see some sites have some humanity left inside of them.

Yes he could have just bailed and took the coins of players with him and disappeared...

He decided to give everyone a chance to withdraw their balance and leave on a good note.

Well played Owner!
The owner did give everyone a chance to withdraw which is good and value his players unlike the one you mentioned about taking the coins with him and disappear in thin air but the owner choose to let the players withdraw their funds even though it's kind of sad for the owner and some people that the site is going to be closed/shutdown. Luckygames gamblers should withdraw now before the site is closed.
I do really appreciate when it comes to sincerity and honesty even though they do fail down but they havent consider or put up into their minds on scamming or running out the rest of the funds from to its users.
This is how life goes when you do fail just because of some circumstances on where you can able to stand up then closing the doors would be the next step specially if funds is heavily affected.
Same as you guys on where i do appreciate the owners course of action on giving out the chance on letting its users able to withdraw the remaining funds.

I can see Mark's side of the story, and I can understand the reason for all the hate he got.

Realistically, he should have just pulled the game the moment he found out there was an exploit that gave the player a massive advantage over the house.

In any normal casino, a player that finds a loophole with a game is typically allowed to keep the winnings. So long as they're playing within the parameters of the game and not using any disallowed equipment.

I don't think there's any reason to shut down the casino though. So long as he just makes it extremely transparent and clear how each sessions runs, so there's no risk of it being altered manually like before.

There is a reason why most places offer a bug bounty when they launch a new game, and start off with low limits.

Given some of the bad press this site got, I have to commend Mark on how he's shutting down.  Plenty of notice and none of he "hacked" aka "run away with the coins" that so many other sites have pulled.

I logged on yesterday no problem, used the exchange feature and got all significant balances out without any delays or issues.

I'll miss luckygames because of the huge array of coins supported and their built in exchange feature was remarkable.

Rest in Peace Luckygames!
