Not only big players or admin give away.
Raining usually means that the giver has won something.
Can act as a gesture of good faith also.
I have done countless rains over PD and LN, from 0.0005 to 0.1.
Heck if I won nothing, I would still rain.
I believe being honest and giving out is more profitable in the long run over using schemes/scams/bullshits.
Rains are an huge part of dice gambling, they keep players alert, active and willing.
Sure thing many do all their gambling out of it, but they still keep the community strong.
I have a terrific idea on how to expand dice raining to a level that is not known yet.
Will present it very soon, hopefully I will find a dice house that likes this idea as much as I do in the meantime.
