Yes Bitcoins had a problem due to battery failure on my phone and my account got wiped when they were upgrading so lost them
If u had coins left on account all u needed is id, and to contact support, and they would send it to u. But if u dont know id, password , and cant prove that is ur acc , sadly i dont think there is anything they can do.
Anyways gather as much info as u have and send it to support.

Very nice site I think this is better than *cough* but still lost my chips 0.4 with no chance of recovery after I wasn't warned about the updates.. Great faucet! I think I do all my dice gambling here from now on!
What do you mean by chips? Do you mean bitcoin balances?

Love the faucet. I hope the bots don't ruin the faucet. I'm not that tech Davy but I never understood how they could get through the captcha. Well i hope since it's only every half hour you'll be fine.

Person who wrote this has nice imagination, if he believes in something it does not mean it is true.
You have yet to prove that you cannot manipulate your system, yet I have proven that rolls can be manipulated. It's called "provably fair" because you can prove that it's fair. You have not been able to do so and should not use the term to describe your website.
Having admin needing to prove it's fair is one thing, yet your thread (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/luckynumberme-has-holes-in-their-provably-fair-system-allows-for-manipulation-582687) does not prove otherwise like you say. You are simply accusing without holding valid proof.
Plus, where are the verifiers for all the other dice games in your website? Quite a few big dice games missing... What's the criteria?
I'm just wondering, because throwing stuff against a wall doesn't mean it sticks.
