it can't be denied that in the last few weeks terra luna has been declining, and it's not certain what caused terra to fall so deep as it is now, but for now i still maintain my assets and hope that in the next few years terra can grow again and the price has increased again, but I think that at this time the development team will not give up and will not stop fighting to improve the quality and investor confidence in Terra.

I was inclined to think that Luna will recover but not anymore after I have known the possible plan of its CEO to fork Luna.  Although the plan suggests an airdrop for holders, that move remove trust in the existing Luna market.  Terra CEO should have listened to CZ in order for the current Terra problem to be solved and strenthen the trust of the Terra Investors.
I think they have their own options before deciding to consider outside advice, so I'm sure they will eventually listen to CZ for the best advice as he is very experienced in crypto and the terra team despite following that advice.

What the team did are all wrong they should listen to Binance's CZ when he asked them to stop or halt the chain, now they are dealing with a very huge supply, if they have stopped it in the first place they will not be dealing with a very huge amount over 6 trillion, any other plans will not work they are dealing with a very huge mistake that they've made, its time for Do kwon to step down and he will be prosecuted for many thinks is a huge failure based on their bad decision.

The Luna case make me fear about ETH 2.0, which is comming soon ...

They are two different scenarios and different developers so I think you are worrying for nothing.

Luna crashed was beyond limit, costs hodlers to lose there Money. The dump was the number one thing that trend in the market for straight one week. Although, people were still bagging the coin despite the serious dump of the coin. One thing I know for sure that, the coin will still retraced back to it's normal price but it will take time because people behind the projects will have to put in more efforts to make it a solid one. Whales in the space have already bagged enough of the coins, everyone who bagged the coins in the dip, is still waiting for the coin to pumped back, others have even zero mind that they would leave their Luna for a space it 1-2 years.

It's shocking to see how Luna turned out to be a worthless token within a week. It was reported that dozens of people committed suicide over the past week due to this horrible price incident. So let hear from the experts in the forum.
Do you think Luna can still recover from this price menace? If yes, for how long do you think it will take Luna to recover? And if you think it will not recover, what is your advice to the investors? Over to you guys.
Until now, i still can't imagine that a very good token end up being worthless in the end. But this is what investments are. They don't hold guarantees that they will forever be profitable. So sorry to hear for all those suicidal cases, i think they never want to do it but the situation pushed them to do so. I don't know if Luna can still recover, but maybe we should start investing only on the amount we can afford to lose.

The Luna case make me fear about ETH 2.0, which is comming soon ...
What could ever be the connection between the two? Luna crashed because they had a system where they had a coin, which backed a pegged UST and when people started to depeg their UST, they started to use their reserves for bitcoin and any other coin, and when that wasn't enough they printed probably trillions of Luna and used that to keep it pegged which they still failed.

So, their coin which used to worth 80+ dollars just a week or so ago ended up not being worth anything at all. This is the difference and I do not think that it should be really that much of a problem to ETH because there is absolutely nothing similar going on with ETH 2.0 at all.

In my opinion, Luna will likely recover but not anytime soon. Everyone wanted to know what caused a project like this to fail so badly. yes. today Luna went down very drastically looking like a classic story that broke trust and whatever remains, if you have invested in Luna then be patient but If not, reinvest in a safer project. because we never know what will happen tomorrow.

Haven't heard of someone committing suicide let alone a dozen? What is that a genocide? Lol.
With that large supply, I can say It would be really hard for Luna to recover. I might not say that it's already dead coz the team is still working to fix everything. Yes, there is a chance but that chances are very slim now. That also depends on what will the team come up with that helps their project at least recover a little bit and start from there.
But, right now Luna has been considered dead, though there were still a lot of people buying Luna in hopes for a recovery.

Luna and Ust will never recover, this project is dead. there is no way to save this project even if they want to burn luna and ust, investors' trust has already been lost. when the trust has disappeared there are no more investors who want to buy/hold. So I guess Luna doesn't have any hope anymore.

After the massive meltdown that is happening to Luna at the moment, I think it will be very difficult or almost impossible for the project to experience immediate recovery, although the project developers will make recovery efforts, but this will not make investors believe in Luna coins again because as we have seen with several other shitcoins when a crash occurs then a lot of people or investors just walk away.

I doubt that it will recover soon, history tells us that if a altcoin (shitcoin) reputation has been damage, either by rug pull, a lawsuit by SEC (you can make an argument against XRP) or any other things, it will be hard to recover.

And as we can see in Luna's case, this seems to be pre-meditated and might have been plan after all, just saying. So can you trust the person behind all of this or their projects in the future?

Real or Fake?

The fake news story about Luna Coin crashing and causing suicides is completely unrealistic. There are no statistical data to back up this claim, which means it can’t be true – even though some people believe otherwise!

The news of “8 Confirmed Suicides due to Luna Coin Crash” went viral on Social Media. The story initially started popping up in Pakistani-based media outlets and then made its way onto major Crypto-related Twitter handles – though many have called out these accounts for reporting fake information as they were never able to confirm any such thing happening at all!

Media outlets all over the world were alerted to this controversial story when a Twitter handle claiming ownership of Luna Coin released a statement on their website that eight people had killed themselves due to its recent plunge in value. The first source for viral claims found among those who believed it was legitimate? A Pakistani user @republicdotpk with more than 10 thousand followers!
8 Confirmed Suicide Due to the $Luna Crash. Why Luna Crashed? Truth & Reason Explained

There are no confirmations anyone has suicided because of LUNA crash. So far, the only one to have died on this story is LUNA itself. News and social media profiles telling the opposite are just trying to profit income and popularity through clickbait and fake news.

About LUNA's recovery I'm not sure, because it seems the ecosystem doesn't work at all. Stablecoins must be attached to fiat currencies instead of cryptocurrencies to maintain stability in price while keeping the environment safest as possible for investors.

Anyway, Terra's CEO has come to his twitter saying there is an action plan which consists in "deploying $1.5 billion in capital – in BTC and in UST – to defend the peg".

realy? Probably they put all their savings in luna and become hopeless coz of the situation which is reason they committed suicide.  I hope you all guys stay calm and relax! Infact luna is a legitimate project so for sure they will make a way to fix the problem.  And stop wasting your lives coz of as long as you didn't sell you still have a chance to recover all losses.  Just keep believing and don't lose hope.

That's why we need to take care of ourselves when it comes to money decision-making because this is not a joke and some people turn out to be using their own savings to invest thinking that it might get doubled in a week and guess what? it turned out to be worthless and shits. I pity those people who ended their life just because of wrong decisions, they could have regained back the money and used their experience to not fall into such kind of trap again in the future.

6.5 Trillion $LUNA are already minted, with 2 Billion UST still to be redeemed for $1 USD worth of $LUNA each. You're looking at Quadrillions of $LUNA eventually.

Its worthless.

Luna will never remain the same again even if it survives because the whole model has collapsed, I expect ANC and UST to go down. Most investors already lost their money but if they invested the amount that they could afford to lose then they should be fine, for others who overinvested they should remember that there is more to life than money and they should speak out and get help from their loved ones.

This is an unfortunate situation in the crypto space. I pray this situation does not repeat itself again. According to binance LUNA algorithm failed leading to de-pegging from USD. At the moment, IMO recovery depends on the team and what lead to the de-pegging. If the team mean well for the investors they can make some concerted effort to recover. When the unfortunate incidence happened, Binance communicated to LUNA team, but there was not response from LUNA team, thereby making it difficult for Binance to take some steps that may have helped the situation. At the moment, I am yet to hear any news from LUNA team what went wrong and the chances of recovery. LUNA recovery will depend largely on their decision.

As regards those who lost their assets on the LUNA and UST investment, I will advise no one should hurt himself or herself. I always believe that once there is life, there is hope. Secondly, it has been discussed in this platform a number of times that you should always invest what you can afford to loose. This is one one the most important investment adage that should not be ignored.
