I think that person who is promoting the lunarbets at this website is only the person hired by them to work on this forum and he is not the owner of this site. I am not much clear about that but that things often happen when a person have other things to do and they hire someone else for his/her website.

It seems not deposit bonus yet, some have recommended it before, maybe the team is ready to add it for attracting more players.

Welcome bonus is better to attract some players but they must not be that much that the players then do not deposit their money in the site to play in order to encourage the players I will suggest the site to add the deposit bonus for those who deposit their first deposit.
